Size Guide: To find your wrist size wrap a flexible ruler all the way around your wrist or use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. 

Small - Dimensions: 2 1/2 x 2 x 1/2 inch. Fits a 6 inch wrist.

Medium - Dimensions: 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 x 1/2 inch. Fits a 6 1/2 inch wrist.

Large - Dimensions: 3 x 2 1/4 x 1/2 inch. Fits a 7 1/4 inch wrist.
